Definitions

"Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity placing an order for services with Cynergy Book Publishers.

"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to Cynergy Book Publishers.

"Product" or "Service" refers to any deliverables or offerings provided by Cynergy Book Publishers in response to an order.

"Order" refers to the formal request submitted by the Customer—via phone, email, or our website—to obtain services. Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment through credit card, debit card, PayPal, or wire transfer.

Services Offered

Cynergy Book Publishers provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Book writing
• Editing and proofreading
• Publishing and distribution
• Book marketing
• Cover design and formatting

The scope of services is detailed in the customer’s order agreement.

Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions, subject to the following conditions:

• Revisions must align with the original order scope.
• Requests deviating from initial instructions may incur additional fees.
• The number of included revisions depends on the service package selected.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

• A 100% refund is available if the project has not yet been assigned or started.
• If work has begun and the cancellation is requested within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued.
• No refunds will be processed once deliverables have been submitted and revisions initiated. However, we encourage you to contact your project manager for possible compensation.

Incompetent Delivery

• Refunds may be considered if the final product significantly deviates from the agreed requirements due to internal oversight.
• In such cases, we offer unlimited revisions and up to three team changes to address concerns before issuing a refund.

Late Delivery

• Our standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days.
• If delays occur due to our fault on three separate occasions, a refund may be requested.

Refunds Timeframe

• Refunds must be requested before project completion.
• Requests after completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering previous approvals and communication.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for minor issues such as:

• Typos or grammer errors (which can be corrected through revisions)
• Word count discrepancies or format preferences Instead, a partial refund or credit toward future services may be offered.

Intellectual Property

By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have the legal rights to use all materials submitted to Cynergy Book Publishers. We are not liable for copyright infringement claims related to customer-provided content.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer information and materials. We will never share or disclose any content to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Cynergy Book Publishers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of content provided to you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.

Updates to These Terms

Cynergy Book Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
